1. Agreement

These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of TidyApp, including the TidyApp website, desktop application, checkout flow, license activation, updates, and related services. By downloading, installing, purchasing, or using TidyApp, you agree to these Terms.

2. Product purpose

TidyApp is a desktop communication workspace manager. It helps users organize supported communication platforms into local desktop workspaces with isolated sessions, account grouping, workspace switching, local settings, and optional productivity features.

3. Third-party platforms

TidyApp is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram, Facebook, Discord, Meta, or any other third-party communication platform unless expressly stated. You are responsible for complying with each third-party platform’s terms, policies, account rules, and applicable laws.

TidyApp does not provide unauthorized access, scraping, automation, circumvention, platform bypassing, or any right to violate third-party platform restrictions.

4. Acceptable use

You may use TidyApp only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. You must not use TidyApp to abuse communication services, violate another person’s rights, bypass security controls, interfere with third-party systems, or attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or redistribute paid features except as permitted by law.

5. Free plan and Pro license

TidyApp may offer a Free plan with limited functionality and a paid TidyApp Pro upgrade. TidyApp Pro is a one-time paid upgrade, not a subscription, unless a checkout page clearly states otherwise. Pro features may include expanded account limits, workspace groups, RAM Saver, App Lock, quick switching, themes, backup/import tools, and other advanced features.

6. Payments and license delivery

Payments, checkout, invoices, customer portal access, and license delivery may be handled by third-party providers such as Polar. By purchasing TidyApp Pro, you may also be subject to the payment provider’s terms and policies. TidyApp does not store complete payment card details.

7. License activation and devices

Pro license activation may require a license key and device-bound activation information. License checks may be performed from time to time to confirm that a license is valid and active. You must not share, resell, publish, or abuse license keys.

8. Refunds and support

Refund handling may depend on the payment provider, purchase channel, applicable law, and the circumstances of the request. For purchase, license, or refund questions, contact support@tidyapp.site.

9. Updates and availability

TidyApp may provide updates, bug fixes, security improvements, and feature changes. Some updates may be required for compatibility, licensing, security, or continued operation. TidyApp may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the website, app, or services at any time.

10. Privacy

Use of TidyApp is also governed by the Privacy Policy, which explains how local app data, license validation, website requests, and payment-related information may be handled.

11. Disclaimers

TidyApp is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TidyApp disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation, and error-free performance. Third-party platform changes may affect TidyApp functionality.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TidyApp and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, account restrictions, service interruptions, or third-party platform actions arising from your use of TidyApp.

13. Termination

You may stop using TidyApp at any time. TidyApp may suspend or terminate access to license validation or services if you violate these Terms, abuse licensing, create security risks, or use the product unlawfully.

14. Changes to these Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of TidyApp after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
